Raindrop Therapy: uses 10 essential oils, massage and reflexology techniques to release toxins and create balance in the client.  Together they result in stress reduction and relaxation allowing for increased health and well being of the recipient.
What can I expect during a Raindrop Massage?

1. Valor (combination of bluespruce, black tansy, rosewood and frankincense) is applied to the soles of the feet to increase circulation, promote confidence and is held for 5 minutes.

2. Ravensara (anti-inflammatory) is applied to back of neck.

3. Oregano and Thyme (anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, anti-septic) are applied to the spine followed by very light "tickly" feather strokes along spine and back to activate nerves of spine to send benefits of oils throughout the body.

4. Basil (aids with memory, energy when sick), Birch (bone stimulant, anti-inflammatory), Cypress (circulation) and Peppermint (muscle relaxation, mental acuity) are applied to spine followed by medium strength massage motions along the spine to further activate the circulatory system.

5. Marjoram (circulation) and Lavender (skin and stress) are applied to spine followed by a full RELAXATION back massage.

6. A hot, moist towel will be applied to spine to further relax the client while encouraging oil benefits to reach the entire body.

7. Basil, Birch, Cypress and Peppermint are applied to inner calves and bottom of feet followed by reflexology to the inner calves and feet bottoms.  This is to ensure all nerve endings receive the oil benefits.

5. Help Improve Circulation: all oils aid in the oxygenation of the cells in the body, while the stimulating movements of massage increase blood and lymphatic flow as well as innervate the circulatory system.

6. Increased sense of well-being: thyme, valor and lavender combined with the relaxing touch and massage all lend to uplifting, mood-enhancing atmosphere.

7. Improved Immune Function: thyme, oregano and ravensara have strong anti-viral and anti-bacterial properties creating an unpleasant atmosphere for any dormant or hibernating viruses and bacteria in the body.
